Resolving Rental Riddles since 2008
The importance of knowing who you’re doing business with;
Just as the sun sets every day, business partnerships have troubles, whether you're a tenant, landlord, businessman, or partner.
When entering into a legally binding contract, your trust will increase with the amount of information you have gleaned/shared with the other party.
It’s incredibly important to know all you can about your new 'partner'. If there's a dispute and the case ends up in court, you will need to know specifics regarding previous addresses, workplace, past and present, referrals from relatives/businesses, I.D., and bank details.
If the complainant is awarded, by court order, to receive financial compensation, the defendant sometimes disappears.
The more information you have the easier it is to trace the defaulter and serve a summons.
If you are ever unsure please contact a property professional.
