A signed lease agreement is a binding legal promise between two willing partners, much like a marriage.
There are legal parameters of responsibility in every clause for each party to honor.
Signing a legally binding contract without reading the fine print, or understanding both parties responsibilities in terms of the agreement, is not advised.
