Tenants Landlord and Agents

The relationship between landlord, tenant and agent is as important as the legally binding contract you sign.

Agencies and landlords run credit checks on potential tenants, not many prospecting tenants check the credentials of their service providers.

Most property disputes are due to misunderstandings between landlord, agent and tenant.

Agreements between all parties should be read and understood, agreed on then signed.
