Fracking for Rent




Landlords across the country, residential and commercial are at risk financially at this time of year.

Communicating with your tenants, throughout a legally binding lease agreement is essential to a mutually beneficial business agreement.


Landlords should be aware of their tenant’s financial status, continuously through communication, during the lease period. If not the; “Fracking Process” begins, spending money on bad debt.


Once the legal process of evicting an unlawful tenant begins the only winners are usually the lawyers.

The age old adage; “You can’t squeeze blood from a rock”, is pertinent here. If the defaulting tenants cannot afford to pay the rent they’re unlikely to employ a lawyer to defend their case.
