Fracking is a method of getting oil or gas from rock by forcing liquid and sand into the rock.

Local people are opposed to fracking in the area.


Fracking for rent;


Landlords across the country, residential and commercial are at risk financially at this time of year.

Communicating with your tenants, throughout a legally binding lease agreement is essential to a mutually beneficial business agreement.


Lease holders should be aware of their tenant’s financial status. If not the; “Fracking Process” begins, spending money on bad debt.


Once the legal process of evicting an unlawful tenant begins the only people smiling are the lawyers.



The age old adage of; “You can’t squeeze blood from a rock”, is pertinent here. If the defaulting tenants cannot afford to pay the rent they’re unlikely to employ a lawyer to defend their case.


Therein lies the question, to Frack or seek alternate solutions.
